I am getting a segmentation fault error when running the following input file below. The calculation runs fine in gas phase and CPCM modes, but fails with SMD. What could be the issue? Some are saying it's a memory issue, so I tried %maxcore 16000
but it still failed the same. Using Orca 5.0.3 on Ubuntu 20.04.5 LTS.
