I am a high schooler and a part-time programmer. I want to become a material scientist. But the thing is that I can't find good resources for getting started in material science except just getting into college. I am amazed how the software and materials science knowledge is used hand in hand in this community. And want to do that, But I can't find the resources to get into all that. If possible can anyone let me know what the resources online can help me get started with it?

Thanks Alot

$\begingroup$ What sub-field of material science are you interested in? For example, superconductivity? Soft materials? Hydrogen storage? Catalysts? Solar cells? Structural materials? $\endgroup$
